RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to return or exchange underwear.
NÜNEONI offers exchange for store credit on all other items including bras, robes etc.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE
- The item is not bottoms/underwear.
- The item is in new condition, unworn, free of damages; including items stained with makeup or tanning products.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in the original sale condition.
If you have met the above conditions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your return for a store credit. We will not accept returns without prior approval.
Items received after 15 days from purchase will not be eligible for a return.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to hygiene reasons underwear bottoms are unable to be returned for a change of mind or incorrect size purchase. Our team is always here to help at email@example.com.
Bras may be returned for store credit less shipping cost.
Please note we strictly do not offer refunds for change of mind or an incorrect selection of size. All valid returns will be issued store credit valid for 12 months.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
We provide you with as much sizing information as possible, so you can make the right fit decision before purchasing. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the best fit using the information provided on the sizing charts and the measurement tips.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
Visit the Contact us page to submit a return request. We require your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your request we will email you within 48 hours to confirm next steps.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We will provide you with the full postal address when we have authorised your return.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend you send your return back by registered trackable post and retain proof of postage as this remains the responsibility of the customer.
WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to NÜNEONI for an exchange are not covered or reimbursed by us.
- Please ensure all your details including your postal address are correct before placing your order.
- Only one discount code to be used per order.
- All products are checked for quality assurance in our distribution centre prior to dispatch.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
